Look in your environment, what makes you angry, what makes you indecisive, what makes you prefer to lie down rather than get up and do your work?
Think carefully and try to make things easier for yourself.
If you find it difficult to do something and find yourself evading it, know that this work is beyond your energy, and you have to find easier and more fun ways to do it.
